Ingredients:
- Dried mushrooms x6
- White cabbage
- Chicken bone x1
- Assorted seafood bits e.g. crabsticks, sotong balls, prawn balls, meat balls
- Water x 1300ml approximately
- Salt, pepper to taste
Preparation:
Instructions:
- Wash, cut white cabbage into pieces
- Soak mushrooms in tap water until soft then cut away the stems
- Blanch chicken bone
Instructions:
- Boil water
- Throw cabbage, chicken bone and mushroom and boil for 2 hours
- When about to serve, throw in the assorted seafood ingredients
- Add salt, pepper to taste
- Serve hot
